WebThe Community Learning Disability Team provides specialist healthcare to adults with learning disabilities whose needs cannot be met by mainstream services alone. The team helps to ensure that people with learning disabilities receive the same care and treatment as everyone else when there is a concern about their physical or mental health. WebIf you qualify for care disability and are 16+, you can get work experience, training and help to get a job. Working is a way to get out, meet people and earn money. Our Supported Employment scheme can help you if you have already had your care needs looked at and qualify for care (a care assessment). This is what you do next. 1.
