I read a while back on an F-150 forum that someone had the dealer reprogram his BCM to stop hyperflash. He posted a PDF file of the bulletin to show the dealer what instructions to follow. He said it took the dealer like 10 minutes to do.

All the modules/settings appeared on the screen. I hit the BCM module and the play icon and scrolled down to where the "bulb out" notifications were enabled.

Here is my experiences. My 2011 F250 was an early build truck. I had proper flash but the opposite bulb would mirco flash (a very slight flash but could be seen) when the blinker was on. It would blimp.
