WebSheathed run / walk animation is bound to race and can be changed by switching race. All animations are race, clan and gender specific. Hyur midlander male (what you described, afaik) will have different animations than midlander female, or highlander male. No you can't change them, other than a race change. WebIt's mostly the run cycle, I think. It doesn't look like someone briskly jogging so much as trying to make it to the bathroom before their pants get ruined. And I can say that because I am one of them again. Really, the run cycle isn't THAT bad, but it bothers some people enough to make them swear off the race altogether.

Standing idly with their weapons, male Roe, Hrothgar and Lalafell have different animations for some jobs. And then Lalafell have a different running animation for some jobs (the easiest example to see is Ninja) More extensive: Roe and Hrothgar have different WAR and DRG stances.
