WebIt appears to be an issue with Bitstamp and they just won't accept ownership of the issue, take responsibility and resolve it. I'm not big into conspiracies but purchases with my CC during market peaks have gone through seamlessly. Interesting that this is happening as Bitcoin is down $15k.
